  I have dined and ordered takeout from any number of Cheesecake Factory units across the US and visited the Naples unit several times while on vacation. Tonight we ordered takeout and it was absolutely the worst Cheesecake Factory experience we've ever had. I first called at 707pm and was placed on hold for 6 minutes 30 seconds before hanging up and calling back. I called back at 714pm and was put on hold but the takeout group picked up right away. I placed my order for eight different entrees and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. We left the house at 720 arrived at the location at 735pm. We waited a couple of minutes and paid for our meal at 737pm (based on the receipt) and were told that it would be a few more moments. We would up waiting an additional 19 minutes before our food came out from the kitchen bringing the total time to 42 minutes. While we were at the restaurant we found one meal was completely incorrect. The manager on-duty apologized and offered some complementary desserts as well as to have us wait for the meal to be corrected. We really didn't want or need any dessert which is why we hadn't actually ordered any and having waited in the lobby for 19 minutes (having expected far far less), it was time to take food home. When I told the manager that while they were busy it was nothing like I had experienced at this location in the past she suggested that they were understaffed in the kitchen which, while potentially true really was irrelevant from a guest experience perspective. Beyond that when we arrived at home we found that two additional meals had been prepared incorrectly and there were no napkins in the bags despite the explicit request. All in all this was the worst experience we’ve had and while we will certainly return to other Cheesecake Factory locations, we absolutely will not be going back to this location. Just a very disappointing experience.

  The service is always good here. The food is mostly the same except it seems like the 'B' team is working sometimes. In the fall pumpkin cheesecake is available and I feel it's the best cheesecake they offer. You can't go wrong with this CF location.
